- Find some problem in the service like- Network problem, Slow internet speed problem or Call dropping message.
- Take a screen-shot of the speed test or no network or call drop message.
- Send the mail to an appellate team.
- Find out the mail id of appellate team of your region https://www.airtel.in/applications/xm/MobileAppellateAuth.jsp
- Mail them, and explain your problem and asked them to wave off the bill otherwise you will port to another carrier or ask for the discount on this current plan.
It is working for me.
